POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Format: The available space for each poster is 841 × 1189 mm (A0 format). The orientation must be Portrait (vertical).

Networking: Authors are encouraged to include a QR code linking to their full paper, website, or contact details to facilitate networking.

Language: All posters must be in English.

Setup & Removal: Adhesive tape will be available at the Registration Desk. Each author is responsible for putting up their own poster and removing it at the end of their session.

Important Note: Any posters left on the boards at the end of the day will be disposed of.

PRINTING SERVICE

We offer a poster printing service at a cost of €10.00, to be paid in cash at the conference registration desk.

Deadline: Files must be received no later than May 15th, 2026.

Collection: Your poster will be printed and available for collection on the morning of your presentation session.
